EFC Faith Discipleship Center is a ministry of Evangelical Free Church of Oelwein, IA
partnering with other churches in the area to "Train men to stand firm in Christ."

Biblically training men to live exemplary lives in Speech, Conduct, Love, Faith and Purity.
Speech: that every resident testify to Jesus'
saving power
Conduct: that every resident reflect Christ
in his daily life
Love: that every resident learn to love God
and to love his neighbor
Faith: that every resident know God's will
and trust Him for the power to do it
Purity: that every resident abstain from
sexual immorality and serve God from an
undivided heart
About The Staff
Resident staff would require a minimal confession of Christ as Lord, the Bible as the Word of God and membership in a local church. Volunteers would be further screened by the resident staff on the basis of the helpfulness of their teaching.
